What happens on the free consultation?
We’ll spend about 30 minutes talking through your business: where you are now, where you’d like to be, and what feels messy or stuck. I’ll ask questions, share initial observations, and suggest 1–3 concrete priorities for the next 30 days. We’ll also decide together whether deeper coaching or consulting makes sense.
Is this a sales call?
It’s a genuine working session first. You’ll leave with value either way. At the end, if there’s a clear fit, I’ll walk you through how ongoing work typically looks and answer any questions about scope, pricing, and timing.
Who is the consultation best for?
Owner-led businesses with at least some traction—typically between their first $50k and first $1M in annual revenue. If you’re pre-launch or looking for generic motivation, this probably isn’t the best fit. If you have a real business with real decisions to make, it likely is.
What if I’m not ready to commit yet?

Do you work remotely or in person?
Most work is done remotely over video, which allows for more flexibility with time and location. For certain projects and depending on geography, in-person intensives or workshops can be arranged.
